MOUSA ALIJANI
Producer, director, composer and musician, Mousa Alijani was born in Iran in
1966. he graduated in Dramatic Arts at the University of Tehran. Working in
the artistic field since 1988, Alijani has published works on the main
newspapers of his country . Being the director of “Avayeh Sarveh Shomal”, a
cultural institute of Rasht, Alijani is currently teaching screenwriting. In
2002 he dramatized, composed the soundtrack and played in “The Winter Song” (directed
by Farhad Mehranfar): the film was screened at several international festivals,
obtaining a remarkable critics’ approval. “Panjere”, a short directed by Mousa
Alijani, was selected by many festivals and gained awards at the Lucania
Festival Film, Tehran Short Festival Film and Ahvaz Festival Film. Alijani is
also the author of the novel “Teaching Music For Children”.
MARCO DI CASTRI
He was born to Milan in 1952. In 1998 he established Cataloga, a
production society specialized in contemporary art, which produces several
films about artists and cinematographers like Michael Snow, Daniel Buren, Jean
Tinguely, Michelangelo Pistoletto, Joseph Beuys, Claes Oldenburg, Jannis
Kounellis and Jean Rouch, with whom he made a feature screened at Berlin Film
Festival. Since 1997 he has starter to work for satellite TV, first for Stream
channel, later for Sky Italy working at the Entertainment channels. He runs
courses about audiovisual documentation in Italy, Austria, France, Brazil and
Australia. He dramatized the film “Venerdì Sera, Lunedì Mattina” (1° prize at
Bellaria Film Festival in 1984). He produces several documentaries and events
for private and public customers such as, recently, the direction of the talk
show “Torino e le sue eccellenze” for the Night White, a video on Natalia
Ginzburg and a documentary on the literature in Turin in the last ten years.
MARINA
OBRADOVIC
A photographer, painter, cinematographer, Marina Obradovic has Yugoslavian
origins. Before beginning to work for cinema – in particular with Alain
Resnais and Tony Gatlif,for whom she was the assistant to direction for
“Swing” and in 2003 in “Exils” - she studied photography and painting.
EMILIA PATRUNO
A journalist for Famiglia Cristiana and a writer, Emilia Patruno
directs the editorial staff of Il Due, from San Vittore jail and is the
promoter of a project “For the communication from and in the jail”. She has
conceived a cd about cooking called Avanzi di Galera (Jailbirds),
made in 2003: created among and with San Vittore convicts, this cd received
the Premio di Letteratura Eno-gastronomica Minori-CostaAward in Amalfi,
as well as the Cenacolo 2004 Award for its originality, and was later
published by Guido Tommasi. A passionate cinéphile, Emilia has organized
cinema screenings in San Vittore, with the participation of the most
appreciated Italian reviewer.
SILVESTRO SERRA
He was born to Rome in 1950. He became the editor in chief of Gente Viaggi
magazine in December 1999, after 18 years of work for Panorama
magazine: he began his collaboration there in 1982, as editorial of the
section Vita Moderna, after a period in Rome. He became senior editor
of Società in la late ‘80s and of Stile Libero from 1991 to
1997, when Nini Briglia grants him Spettacoli as well. Since October
1998 he has been senior editor of Panorama web. Serra has always been
expert of sports but with Stile Libero – 15 pages about consumptions
and places – he approaches tourist information, making a precious experience
for his assignment as director of Gente Viaggi. Since the beginning of
2004 he is the editor in chief of Eva Tremila, the gossip magazine of
the editorial group Hachette Rusconi.
